Rule 30(a),(b),(e): fore part — an all-round white light or one ball; at or near the stern and lower — an all-round white light; a vessel of less than 50 m may exhibit one all-round white light where best seen; a vessel of 100 m and more shall also use the available working or equivalent lights to illuminate her decks.
